熱中症を未然に防止するためには，
汗をかいてから水分補給をするんではなくて，
汗をかくまえに水分をとっておくといいらしいです．
寝る前に一杯．
起き抜けに一杯．
ってのも効果があるらしいですよ．
あと，塩分の補給もしましょうね．
