去年の昼食は，ほとんどパスタでした．
一週間のうち３日はパスタでした．
っても，ソースのレシピは，
ペペロンチーノ⇒オリーブオイルで塩コショーかけて炒めただけ
ナポリタン⇒ケチャップで炒めただけ
スープスパ⇒コンソメスープに入れただけ
この三つのローテーションなわけ．
たまに，近所の７７円ショップでソースを買ってきてましたが．
そんな，お金がないときによく食べるパスタですが
パスタを美味しく茹でるコツなんてのがありました．
イタリアで食べたあの味、レストランで食べたあのパスタの感じがどうしても出ない！ なんて悩みがありませんか？ ことパスタ料理を作る時に悩んだりしてしまう方もいらっしゃるはず。 レシピには「塩をしたたっぷり目の湯でパスタをアルデンテに茹であげ〜」 と書いてありますが、具体的にどの位の塩と湯が必要で、アルデンテにはどのように茹であげるのでしょうか？ そんな悩みを解決すべく、パスタの茹で方を御案内します。
知っとけば，結構役に立ちますよ．
